Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Vocabl works the moment you open it. There is nothing to sign up for.
Where is my data kept?
Your words, stories, and recordings stay on your device. If you use the Friends tab, your leaderboard stats sync through your own iCloud account.
How do I delete my Friends data?
In the app: Settings, then "Delete Friends Data". That removes your profile and everything you created from iCloud.
The speech check can't hear me. What do I do?
Check that Vocabl has microphone and speech recognition access in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security. Rehearsal works best somewhere reasonably quiet.
